Additional fees, such as customs duties for international orders, may apply and are the responsibility of the customer.
Accepted Payment Methods:
Credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, etc.) processed through our secure payment gateway with Banc Creand
PayPal (you do not need a PayPal account to pay by card via PayPal)

4. Shipping and Delivery
Mevot ships globally using DHL Express or equivalent international couriers.
Estimated delivery times:
Europe: 3–7 business days
United States and Canada: 5–10 business days
Rest of the world: 7–14 business days
Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on location and order size.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. Mevot is not liable for delivery issues due to incorrect details.
5. Returns and Refunds
Return Window: 14 days from delivery.
Conditions: Products must be unused, undamaged, and in original packaging.
Shipping Costs: Covered by the customer unless the return is due to a defect or order error.
Refund Timeline: Within 14 business days of receiving and inspecting the returned item.

6. Warranty Information
2-Year Limited Warranty for manufacturing defects from the date of purchase.
Covered Components: Deck, motors, battery, and electronic controller.
Not Covered: Wear and tear, misuse, accidents, modifications, water damage.
Process:
Email contact@ridemevot.com with proof of purchase and issue description.
You may be asked for photos or video.
If the claim is valid, Mevot will repair, replace, or refund the product.
Shipping for Repairs: Covered by customer unless defect is confirmed.
7. Safety Guidelines
Protective Gear: Helmet, wrist guards, and knee pads are strongly recommended.
Age Restriction: 12+ only.
Conditions: Do not use in rain, on icy surfaces, or in traffic.
Modifications: Any unauthorized changes void the warranty and may increase risk of injury.
8. Battery and Charging Safety
Charger: Only use the official charger supplied by Mevot.
Charging Environment: Indoors, ventilated, never unattended or overnight.
Water Resistance: IP55 rated — resistant to light rain and dust. Do not submerge.
9. Liability
Mevot is not liable for any injury, damage, or loss resulting from improper or unsafe use of our products.
Riders are responsible for complying with local laws and using the product appropriately.
10. Intellectual Property
All content on the Mevot website — including images, text, logos, and product designs — is protected under copyright and trademark laws.
Unauthorized use or duplication is prohibited.

2-Year Limited Warranty: Mevot provides a 2-year limited warranty for manufacturing defects from the date of purchase.
Coverage: This warranty covers the skateboard deck, motor, and electronic components, including the battery and controller, if used under normal conditions.
Exclusions: The warranty does not cover wear and tear, misuse, negligence, unauthorized repairs, modifications, or damage caused by exposure to extreme environments (e.g., water, extreme heat).
Warranty Claim Process:

Mevot will assess the claim and may request photos or videos of the defect.
If the claim is valid, Mevot will repair, replace, or refund the product at its discretion.

Battery Care: Only use the charger provided by Mevot. Third-party chargers void the warranty and may pose safety risks.
Charging Environment: Charge the e-board in a dry, well-ventilated space. Do not charge unattended or overnight.
Water Resistance: Mevot e-boards have an IP55 rating, meaning they are resistant to light rain and dust. They are not waterproof and should not be submerged or exposed to heavy water.
9. Liability
Mevot is not liable for any injuries, damages, or losses resulting from the use of our products.
Customers are responsible for ensuring proper usage and adherence to local laws and regulations regarding personal transportation devices.

All content on Mevot’s website, including but not limited to logos, designs, and product descriptions, is protected by copyright and trademark laws.
